Ethan and Brooklyn have been having a blast in the yard with this nice warm weather. The other day they were helping Dad "fix" the sprinklers. Ethan is responsible for how Brooklyn looks in this picture - he was having fun "painting" her. We're afraid the dirt will never completely come out of their clothes.
We had an unexpected surprise yesterday when we went to the grocery store: The carousel outide of the store was constantly running. We put the kids on for a few minutes and, Despite Brooklyn's bored look here, they had a blast.
Last week Ethan decided super heroes need gloves as part of their "super suits." Since we don't have gloves that are his size, he came up with his own solution. He insisted that he wear them while he ate dinner. The really frustrating part is that whenver he get's a drop of water on it (or any other article of clothing, for that matter) he flips out and needs to get a dry one. Ok, we admit that we're gettng really tired of making a new mask for Mr. Incredible, or Dash, or Frozone, or Super Why, etc. every time one rips. We also learned that he doesn't really care what his mask looks like. Here he is as Frozone. Jen wouldn't let him wear it to the store.

So cute Jen! I was just looking at some cute crocheted booties the other day that were adorable--like these! Great job!
Those first booties are so cute Jen! Love the muddy picture of Brooklyn. Ethan cracks me up with all his super hero uniforms!
Jen you did a really nice job with the booties. I love the big button on the first booties. Keep up the great work. Ethan is full of surprises and very imaginative. I love the picture of Brooklyn with all the mud. What a cutie!
