Construction Photos, Etc.

As promised, here are some photos of our journey so far.

Feb 28, 2013 - We broke ground.

March 27, 2013 - One month and 2 million lbs of unexpected gravel later, we have footings.

March 30, 2013 - We have a foundation (Happy Birthday, Kyle)

4/23/2013 - After three days of framing.
4/25/13 - Two more days of framing. It's amazing how fast things are changing right now.  It's exciting!

In other (month-old) news, here are a few pictures from Easter.  We're going to miss the Tooele County Easter Egg Hunt.  As always, the kids got too much candy.  They still haven't finished it all.  Hopefully, Davis county can compete.

We celebrated Kyle's Birthday at Famous Dave's.  The food was good.
For years, Brooklyn has been using her left hand to color and write.  Recently, we discovered that she's actually right-handed.  She'll occasionally use both hands. She likes it, cause she says she can color faster.

On Tax day, one of the local ski resorts had $20 lift tickets.  Kyle and his dad had a surprisingly good time, considering it was mid-April. Ten inches of fresh powder was heaven.
